| Synopsis | |
| A futuristic dystopian city has been divided into zones of control, each with their own gangs combating miscreants and tyranny. The Purifiers is the name given to a highly skilled gang of Tae-Kwon-Do experts who act as vigilantes, fighting crime. Each city zone is connected by an infrastructure and one faction wants to assume power by uniting the gangs into a single force. Moses, the leader of this faction, declares war against The Purifiers when they reject his fascist dictatorship. It is now The Purifiers duty to maintain the successful system which has rid the city of crime and violence. | |
